||विष्णु सहस्त्रनाम|| Vishnu Sahastranaam

क्या है विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम|

 

"विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम" अर्थात हरी के हज़ार नाम| विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम में विष्णु जी के हज़ार नामो की व्याख्या है|भगवान् विष्णु जिन्होंने पूरे ब्रह्माण की उत्पत्ति की, पूरे संसार को बनाया और संसार में जीवन दिया| श्री हरी ने ही अपनी शक्ति ऊर्जा व् अपने अंशो से ही जगत को जीवन दिया| जिसमें पूरा संसार समाया हो उसके लिए तो हज़ार नाम भी कम हैं| विष्णु सहस्त्रनाम में भगवान् के हज़ार नमो के माध्यम से उनके परम परमात्मा परमेश्वर होने का व्याख्यान किया गया है|

मान्यता|
महाकाव्य महाभारत के ‘अनुशासन पर्व’ नामक अध्याय में भगवान विष्णु के एक हजार नामों का उल्लेख है। जब भीष्म पितामह बाणो की शय्या पर लेटे हुए अपनी इच्छा मृत्यु के इंतज़ार में थे, जयेष्ठ पाण्डु पुत्र युधिष्ठिर ने पितामह से यह पुछा की संसार के करता धर्ता सर्व शक्तिमान परमेश्वर कौन हैं? तब पितामह ने उन्हें विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम का ज्ञान दिया और साथ ही यह भी समझाया की हर युग में इसके जाप से मनुष्य को मुक्ति मोक्ष और सुख की प्राप्ति होगी| 

विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम पाठ के लाभ|
  1. सभी बाधाओं को दूर कर मनुष्य के सम्पूर्ण काम पूर्ण करता है|
  2. मनुष्य के जीवन में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार करता है और आत्मविश्वास जगाता है|
  3. ये मनुष्य की रक्षा कवच के रूप में भी सहायता करता है|
  4. पापो का शमन कर पाठ करने वाले को सदमार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा देता है|
  5. विष्णु के हजारों नामों का जप करने से परिवार में सुख शान्ति बनाये रखता है|
विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम पाठ विधि|
  1. यह पाठ आप एकादशी, पूर्णिमा या शुक्ल पक्ष के बृहस्पतिवार से शुरू कर सकते है|
  2. यदि पाठ करने का एक ही समय रखें तो उत्तम होगा अन्यथा प्रतिदिन सुबह स्नान आदि से शुद्ध हो इसका पाठ करें|
  3. प्रति दिन इसका पाठ करने से जीवन के सभी कष्टों से मुक्ति मिलती है| 
  4. यदि आप प्रतिदिन इसका पाठ ना कर पाएं तो प्रत्येक बृहस्पतिवार या प्रत्येक एकादशी या हर पूर्णिमा पर इसका पाठ करने का नियम बनाएं|
  5. सर्व प्रथम हाथ जोड़ गणेश जी को याद करें इसके उपरान्त भगवान् विष्णु को याद करें और उनसे अपनी पूजा को स्वीकार करने की प्रार्थना करें|
  6. भगवान् विष्णु के समक्ष घी का दीपक लगाएं, धुप लगाएं, उन्हें पीले फूल अर्पित करें|
  7. अब ध्यान पूर्वक विष्णु सहस्त्र नाम का पाठ करें यदि आप संस्कृत में मंत्र के माध्यम से कर पाएं तो वह करें अन्यथा आप हिंदी में दिए गए नाम को ध्यान पूर्व जपें|
  8. पाठ के उपरान्त, भगवान् विष्णु की आरती करें उन्हें फल व् मिष्ठान का भोग लगाएं|
  9. और पूजा हुई भूल की क्षमा याचना करें|
